This is undoubtedly a fabulous solution, but ehhhh???? I have no clue what it does? Yes I have changed the domain in web config and also put an input text box in the example default.aspx and changed the query term to txtbox.value.tostring() and yep!! I think its returning the amount of hits found which is great. So where do I go from here guys? Can anyone be kind enough as to assist or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for everything...

This API is a port of the GSA-JAPI Java API.  There are full java docs and tutorials for the GSA-JAPI at http://gsa-japi.sourceforge.net/gsa-japi.html which I found very usefull when using this API.

[From this project home page]
"This API was developed by MC+A. It is a port of the project gsa-japi developed by Inxight Software. "

This is an API written in C#, it is a copy of an API written in JAVA.

Glad you have got it working, see you had the same problem as me initially.
